Disposal:
How should the Spoilage Bacteria Ident Kit be disposed of?
All components can be disposed of with household waste in accordance with local regulatory requirements. Accordingly, autoclaving is not necessary.
Single-use or reusable parts:
Are the materials, such as detection modules, reusable?
All components of the kit are designed for single use. However, Endress+Hauser is actively committed to environmental protection and works continuously to promote sustainable solutions.
Cross-contamination:
Is there cause for concern regarding possible cross-contamination?
Since the samples are analyzed in a closed system, there is no need to do so.
How do the Spoilage Bacteria Kits differ from one another?
“Spoilage Bacteria Ident” specifically identifies which beer-spoiling bacteria and resistance genes are present, while “Spoilage Bacteria Ident L” offers a broader scope of identification. “Spoilage Bacteria Screen,” on the other hand, indicates whether key groups of beer-spoiling bacteria and resistance genes are detectable. “Spoilage Bacteria Detect” combines identification and screening.
Accepted Sample Types: What types of samples can I test using the Spoilage Bacteria Ident kit?
