At Milchwerke Schwaben, 15 percent of the total energy needs is covered with steam. To ensure accuracy, the relevant instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow and energy monitoring) is regular inspects and calibrated.
Endress+Hauser developed an individual calibration strategy that included a time-saving concept. The multistage inspection concept makes removal of the instruments only partially required.
